The most common and common heat dissipation method of charging pile is to install fan heat dissipation air .it is easy to install, consumes less energy and has low cost.however, the heat dissipation fan has poor heat dissipation effect when heat is easy to accumulate in the heating body. At present, the solution to this situation in the industry is to transfer heat to the outside by adding heat-conducting silicon pads to modules such as charging pile inductors and chips, so as to reduce the temperature of components. At the same time, the silicon pad has good elasticity and can play a role in shock absorption. In addition, the thermal conductive polymer composite prepared by compounding the thermal conductive inorganic powder and the organic polymer matrix is also a key material for the design and manufacture of many charging pile industries. In this way, the heat generated in the heating element that is not easy to emit is conducted out, and the conducted heat can be easily solved by the heat dissipation fan.
