  This paper relates to a diversion device for a computer cooling fan , especially a diversion device for a notebook computer cooling fan.by arranging the device on the outer periphery of the computer cooling fan, the wind can be smoothly and quickly guided into the computer cooling fan from the air guide body, instead of generate dead corners, and through the setting of the air blocking sheet, the reverse backflow of the wind discharged by the computer heat dissipation fan can be avoided.since the product can reduce the wind pressure loss when the fluid enters the computer heat dissipation fan, the air flow can be increased, thus improving the heat dissipation effect of the notebook computer.


  Computer is a necessary electronic information product for modern people, and notebook computers account for an increasing proportion of computer sales due to their small size, thin thickness, light weight and portability. However, due to space and thickness are greatly limited, so its heat dissipation is an urgent problem to be solved.

  Fig.1 is a schematic view of a heat dissipation fan 10 of a known notebook computer. The top surface of the fan 10 is provided with an air suction opening 11, and one side of the fan is provided with an air outlet 12. Fig.2 is a schematic diagram of the fan installed on the motherboard in the notebook computer. The computer the heat dissipation fan 10 is assembled on the air duct 20 inside the computer.with the operation of the fan 10, hot air is led into the air suction port 1l through the air duct 20, and then the hot air is led out from the air outlet 12 to dissipate heat.

  However, there are the following disadvantages:

  1.The fan itself has a thickness and forms a straight angle with the air duct when assembled on the computer.When the fan is running to guide the wind, the three side ends of the fan (except the air outlet) will change the wind direction, forming turbulence and preventing the wind from being smoothly discharged.

  2.When the fan is running, the wind is led into the suction opening through the air duct, and then the wind is led out from the air outlet.Some of the led out wind will be sucked into the circulation again due to the suction force generated by the operation of the fan blades, thus reducing the efficiency of the heat dissipation fan.

  Due to the above reasons, the air suction of the computer cooling fan is not smooth, and in order to make the air flow smooth, the air duct is bound to increase, while the volume and thickness of the notebook computer are bound to increase with the increase of the air duct.

  The purpose of this utility model is to provide a diversion device for notebook computer heat dissipation fan, which forms a three-direction flow and one-way reverse suction flow with the aid of air deflector and air baffle, thus reducing wind pressure loss, increasing gas flow and improving heat dissipation effect and reduce the thickness of notebook computers.

  The aim is achieved as follows:a diversion device for a notebook computer heat dissipation fan, wherein three sides of the device are air guides with smooth curved surfaces which can smoothly enter an air suction opening, and one side to one side of the air outlet of the fan is extended above to prevent the wind from being led out from generating backflow of air blocking piece.

  The diversion device can be in the shape of a seat with a hollow middle.

  The diversion device is sleeved on the outer periphery of the fan, and the air blocking piece of the diversion device corresponds to the air outlet of the fan.

  The advantages are:

  It mainly uses the fluid to flow through different sections.If the fluid is smoothly guided, the pressure loss during fluid flow can be reduced and the flow rate can be increased. The fan assembly is used to block fluid backflow, thus improving the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation fan of the notebook computer.

  The product can make the wind flow smoothly, increase the flow rate, reduce the loss of wind pressure, improve the overall heat dissipation effect of the notebook computer, and further reduce the thickness of the notebook computer.

  The material of the diversion device is rubber, and when assembled and sleeved on the outer periphery of the fan, the diversion device has the effects of shock absorption and noise reduction.
